How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders $60 USD+ equivalent.
Shipping is $7 USD for orders below $60 USD equivalent.

How can I track my order?
You should have received an email from us with your tracking information. If not, do check your junk mail folder.
If not please use our 'track my order' page at the top menu.
What if I'm not at home during delivery?
Not to worry. Our courier partner will contact you if you're not at home during delivery, to either reschedule the delivery, or request to leave it at your door. However, we are not able to be responsible for lost parcels for items delivered in this way.
